Please review all policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment with Solelyou, you agree to the policies below.

A $15 security deposit is required to reserve your appointment and is applied toward your service total.

Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Life happens, and Solelyou believes in offering reasonable flexibility. Each client receives 3 courtesy strikes for policy violations before their deposit is affected.

A strike may be given for:

• Late cancellations
• Rescheduling with less than 6 hours' notice
• Late arrivals
• No-shows
• Repeated failure to follow booking requirements

After your 3rd strike, any future policy violation will result in forfeiture of your $15 deposit. A new deposit will be required to book or reschedule.

Repeated violations may also affect future booking eligibility.

Exceptions may be made for genuine emergencies at Solelyou's discretion. Safety, behavioral, or professional boundary violations do not qualify for the 3-strike policy.

Rescheduling: A minimum of 6 hours' notice is required to reschedule without receiving a strike.

Cancellations: A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required when canceling an appointment.

Late cancellations and reschedules count toward the 3-strike courtesy policy.

Please arrive 10–15 minutes before your scheduled appointment unless advised otherwise.

Your scheduled appointment time is when your massage is expected to begin — not your arrival time.

For example, if your massage is scheduled for 2:00 PM, please arrive around 1:45–1:50 PM.

This allows time for intake, consultation, discussing your goals, using the restroom, and getting settled.

Arriving at your scheduled start time may cut into your hands-on massage time.

You are considered late once you arrive 10 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time.

Late arrivals may result in a shortened session to avoid affecting the next client's appointment. The full price of the originally booked service will still be due.

If you are more than 15 minutes late without communication, your appointment will be considered a no-show.

Late arrivals and no-shows count toward the 3-strike courtesy policy.

All new clients must complete an intake form before their first session.

Your intake helps us understand your medical history, areas of concern, goals, and any necessary modifications.

Your session cannot begin until all required intake information has been completed and reviewed.

Please reschedule if you are experiencing fever, flu-like symptoms, lice, scabies, contagious skin conditions, an active cold sore outbreak, or a rash of unknown origin.

Illness-related rescheduling will be handled with reasonable grace when communicated appropriately.

If you arrive with a condition that could put your therapist or others at risk, your appointment may be canceled.

Please disclose relevant medical information, including allergies, skin sensitivities, medications, blood thinner use, topical prescriptions, injuries, surgeries, pregnancy, or other conditions that could affect your massage.

This information allows your session to be performed safely and appropriately.

Solelyou provides professional therapeutic massage services only.

Sexual, suggestive, threatening, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment being required, and a permanent ban from future services.

Zero tolerance. The 3-strike policy does not apply.

Clients under 18 must have consent from a parent or legal guardian. A parent or legal guardian must be present during the session when required.

Add-ons are performed within your booked session time unless additional time has specifically been purchased.

Please request add-ons during booking or before your massage begins whenever possible.

Cash, card, most digital payment methods, and checks are accepted.

Your remaining balance is due at the time of service.

Mobile massage is available by request and based on availability.

Please book at least 24 hours in advance. Same-day mobile appointments are not guaranteed but may occasionally be available.

Mobile massage is available throughout Berks County and select surrounding areas.

A flat $15 travel fee applies within Central Berks County, including:

Reading, West Reading, Wyomissing, Temple, Laureldale, Mt. Penn, Muhlenberg, Shillington, Sinking Spring, Hyde Park, Leesport, and most of Fleetwood.

Locations outside Central Berks County will receive a custom travel quote based on distance.

Travel fees are separate from your massage price and help cover travel time, fuel, setup, and breakdown.

Clients must provide:

• A clean, safe, and quiet space with enough room for a massage table
• A space free from unnecessary distractions
• Secured pets during setup and the session
• Access to an outlet when necessary
• Safe and accessible parking

Any paid parking fees are the client's responsibility.

A valid ID is required before confirming mobile services.

Solelyou reserves the right to decline or terminate a mobile appointment if the environment is unsafe, information provided during booking is inaccurate or misleading, or circumstances make the therapist feel unsafe or uncomfortable.

Professional behavior and boundaries apply equally to in-studio and mobile appointments.
