All sessions are rooted in medical massage techniques designed to address pain, tension, and mobility through focused, science-informed care. Whether you’re managing postural imbalances, recovering from injury, or seeking relief from chronic tension, your treatment is always intentional and tailored to your body.

Availability
Mobile massage is available by request and based on availability. All sessions should be booked at least 24 hours in advance.
Same-day appointments are not guaranteed—but may be available. Feel free to reach out and ask!

Travel Radius
Mobile services are offered throughout Berks County and select surrounding areas. If you're unsure whether your location qualifies, please send your zip code before booking

Standard Travel Fee – $15
A flat $15 travel fee applies to all mobile sessions located within Central Berks County, including:

-Reading

-West Reading

-Wyomissing

-Temple

-Laureldale

-Mt. Penn

-Muhlenberg

-Shillington

-Sinking Spring

-Hyde Park

-Leesport

-Most of Fleetwood

Custom Travel Quote
If you’re located outside of Central Berks County, your travel fee will be quoted based on distance. Just send your zip code and we’ll confirm your exact rate.

Important Notes

-travel fees are charged in addition to the service price and are not applied toward the session total.

-They help cover travel time, fuel, setup, and breakdown

-Rates may vary slightly depending on location or accessibility

Client Requirements

-You must provide a clean, safe, and quiet space with enough room for a massage table.

-Please ensure pets and distractions are secured.

-Access to an outlet and a place to set up tools is required if you're requesting add-ons.

-A parking spot or safe nearby parking is required. If parking is paid or restricted, fees must be covered by the client.

- Valid ID is required before confirming mobile services.

Safety
For safety reasons, Solelyou reserves the right to deny mobile bookings if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or makes our therapist feel unsafe.

Booking & Deposits

-A $25 security deposit is required to reserve your session. This deposit will go toward your total and helps ensure that each appointment spot is respected. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit is received.

Intake Form
-All new clients are required to complete an intake form prior to their first session. This form helps us tailor your experience, understand your needs, and ensure your safety. It must be submitted before your appointment can begin.

Cancellations & Rescheduling
-We ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
If you cancel before that window, your deposit will be transferred or refunded. If not, the deposit will be forfeited.
We try to be understanding toward genuine emergencies—just communicate with us as soon as you can, and we’ll do our best to support you.

Arrival Time
-We recommend arriving 15 minutes before your session. 

This allows time for a grounding moment before your service, a brief intake consultation, and selecting add-ons or discussing goals.
This pre-session time helps us customize your care and ensure you feel truly present.

Running Late?
-We offer a 15-minute grace period. If you arrive after this window, your session may need to be shortened out of respect for clients after you—but you will still be responsible for the full session price.
If more than 15 minutes pass and we haven’t heard from you, your appointment will be marked as a no-show.

No-Shows
If a client arrives more than 15 minutes late without communication, the appointment will be considered a no-show.

We understand that things come up, and we’ll always do our best to be flexible. Each client is offered one courtesy warning. After that, missed appointments will result in a forfeited deposit and may impact future booking eligibility.

Illness & Contagious Conditions
-If you're feeling unwell or are experiencing fever or flu-like symptoms, lice, scabies, or any contagious skin condition, or a cold sore outbreak or rashes of unknown origin, please do not come in. Notify us, and we’ll reschedule with grace when appropriate.
If you arrive visibly ill or with a condition that puts others at risk, your session will be canceled, and your deposit will not be returned.

Medical Disclosures
-Your comfort and safety come first. Please share relevant medical history, allergies or skin sensitivities, use of blood thinners, pain meds, or topical prescriptions, past surgeries or injuries, and if you are pregnant or suspect you might be.
This info helps us customize your experience and avoid anything that could put you at risk.

Confidentiality
-Anything you share with us during intake or conversation stays between us. Your health info, preferences, and concerns are treated with total confidentiality. 

Behavior & Boundaries
-Solelyou is a professional, safe, and sacred space. Any disrespectful, inappropriate, or suggestive behavior will result in immediate termination of your session—with full payment still required—and a permanent ban from services. Zero tolerance.

Minors
-Clients under 18 years of age must have a parent or legal guardian present during the session. A consent form is required.

Add-Ons
- Add-ons are performed within your booked time unless the 15 minute additional time is added onto your massage. If you’d like to include anything extra, let us know during booking or intake.

Payment
-We accept cash, card, and most digital payment methods. Payment is due at the time of service. Checks are allowed!

Post-Care & Integration
-Your bodywork doesn’t end when you leave the room. We’ll guide you through gentle aftercare recommendations to help you stay grounded, hydrated, and aligned after your session.
